The Follett 12CI425A-L is a compact countertop ice and water dispenser designed for healthcare, hospitality, foodservice, and other high-demand environments. Its integral air-cooled ice machine produces up to 425 lb. of soft, chewable Chewblet® compressed nugget ice per day while the insulated storage bin holds up to 12 lb. of ice for convenient dispensing.

Built with a durable stainless steel cabinet and accent trim, the 12CI425A-L features separate ice and water chutes operated by easy-to-use one-hand levers. A stainless steel evaporator and auger provide dependable long-term performance, while the corrosion-resistant polymer drain pan, grille, and dispenser lid simplify cleaning and maintenance.

The dispenser is engineered with sanitation in mind. Automatic self-flushing helps remove impurities from the ice machine, an internal drain-cup air gap helps protect food-zone components from drain-line contaminants, and Agion® silver-based antimicrobial protection is incorporated into key ice- and water-contact components. Quiet Night™ mode turns off the ice machine during extended periods of inactivity, helping reduce noise and unnecessary operation.
