Shipping & Return Policy

At United Restaurant Equipment, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.

  1. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase, with a valid receipt and proof of purchase.

  2. Only new, unused products in their original packaging may be returned. Any product that has been used or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted for return.

  3. Buyers remorse is not a valid reason for a return. Approval of a return request is at the sole discretion of United Restaurant Equipment Company.

  4. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and any damage that occurs during shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  5. Heavy equipment is not eligible for return. If you have any issues with heavy equipment, please call United Restaurant Equipment at (919)-832-4546 for assistance.

  6. In-store returns are welcome according to our return policy.

  7. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Non-stock items may be subject to a 25% restock fee.

  8. If any part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact us within five business days of receipt.
