Cambro, CAMBUPR1826F20580 - Cambro UPR1826F20580 Description The Cambro UPR1826F20580 Camshelving Ultimate Sheet Pan Rack is made of composite plastic�a material that is durable, corrosion resistant, and efficient to wipe clean. Its bottom-load pan rails are molded in place and can hold (20) 18-inch by 26-inch full-size sheet pans or (40) 18-inch by 13-inch pans. Each rail has 3 inches of space in between to accommodate large products. On the end of the rails, ribs enable air to flow around the stored items effectively, while positioning ribs keep the pans centered and in place. A frame is built into the top, holding an additional pan to protect the pans below from debris. For mobility, this Cambro UPR1826F20580 Ultimate Sheet Pan Rack has four 5-inch casters that have non-marking wheels to protect the floor and brakes on two to keep the unit in place.
