The Atosa ATOSCSTEA-3C Electric Steam Table is built to maintain hot foods at safe, consistent serving temperatures in commercial kitchens, cafeterias, buffets, and catering operations. With three independently controlled open wells and durable stainless steel construction, this unit delivers dependable performance and efficient food holding for high-volume service environments.
This model features three fully insulated open wells, insulated on all four sides and the bottom with fiberglass to improve heat retention and energy efficiency. Each 8” deep well utilizes a dry heating style open well design and is controlled by an individual infinite switch for precise temperature adjustments.
Each well operates at 500 watts (1500 watts total), providing consistent heat distribution across all food pans. The die-stamped stainless steel openings (12” x 20”) feature a raised lip to help maintain cleanliness and allow for easy loading and removal of pans.
Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top, body, and undershelf, the CSTEA-3C is engineered for long-lasting durability. A 7” wide x 1/2” thick poly cutting board is mounted on an 18-gauge stainless steel support shelf with brackets, offering convenient prep space. Stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable stainless steel feet provide excellent structural stability.
For operational awareness and safety, each well includes an indicator light showing both power and heating status. Mechanical guards protect all switches for added reliability. The unit comes standard with water pans and supports optional accessories such as casters and overshelf/sneeze guard attachments.
